Current Question

QuestionI'm having a problem with a Dell 8100 ME upgraded to XP. I haven't had any problems until now. When I start my computer a folder opens up and I have to now close the folder in order to get to my desktop. I use window explorer to locate the folder. C:/program files/Dell. I installed a program for a camera I purchased. I'm not sure if that what caused it but I have since un-installed the camera program and I'm still having the same problem. Will you please help me?
